To successfully complete your China visa application, ensure you have an original passport with at least 6 months validity and a minimum of 3 blank pages, along with all old passports if applicable. To apply for a China visa, you will need to prepare the following documents to meet the China visa requirements: an original passport with at least 6 months validity and a minimum of 3 blank pages, along with any old passports if applicable; a completed visa application form; 2 recent colour photographs that adhere to the specified photo requirements; a personal covering letter (for employed individuals on plain paper, and for self-employed individuals on company letterhead); an original updated bank statement reflecting a minimum closing balance of INR 1,60,000/- for the last 6 months; income tax returns or Form 16 for the last 3 years; confirmed return flight tickets; a day-wise itinerary; and hotel reservations.

1. If Employed:

Original leave sanctioned certificate with company seal and signature; Last 3 months salary slip are essential for the China visa application process.

2. If Self Employed:

You will need your Business Registration License, MOA, or Partnership deed; along with the company’s updated bank statement for the last 6 months and the IT returns for the last 3 years to meet the China visa requirements.

3. If Retired:

Proof of retirement, such as a pension book or statement, is necessary for the China visa application.

4. If Student:

A School, College, or Institute ID Card and a Bonafide certificate are required as part of the China visa application.

5. If Minor:

You must provide a Birth Certificate, a No Objection Certificate from the parents or non-accompanying parent on Rs 100/- stamp paper, and ID proof of the parent, such as a passport or PAN card, when applying for a China visa.

6. If Visiting a Friend or Relative:

An invitation letter, along with the inviter’s ID proof like Passport or Resident Permit, and address proof such as a utility bill are required for the China visa application.

7. If Sponsored:

You will need a sponsorship letter, the sponsor’s national ID proof like a Passport, PAN card, or Resident permit, an updated bank statement for the last 6 months, and income tax returns of the last 3 years to fulfill the China visa requirements.

8. For Business Visa:

An invitation letter from the host company stating the purpose of the trip and business details, along with a covering letter from the Indian company on official company letterhead, are necessary for the China visa application.
